In honor of this Saturday's nearly sold-out WPA Annual Pig Roast, today's Throwback Thursday is all about food! We remember our eight scrumptious cooking classes, given by Dale Reitzer of Acacia Restaurant in Richmond, Patrick Harris of Boka Tako in Richmond, Matthew Robinett of GraffiatoRVA, and Angelo Vangelopoulous of the Ivy Inn in Charlottesville. All of the dishes were delicious, and they ran the gamut** from grilled cheese and gazpacho to tuna tartar.

See all of Paul Purpura's exquisite pictures of Patrick Harris's class here! Then visit one of these popular restaurants, and tell them we sent you. Me? I'm going to GrafiattoRVA this weekend. That gnocchi is calling my name!
