Prior to becoming the Chef de Cuisine at Richmond's Graffiato, Matthew Robinett served as the executive chef of Petit Louis Bistro for restaurateurs Cindy Wolf and Tony Foreman in Baltimore, Maryland. His culinary career is highlighted by stints at some of the finest establishments in the Mid-Atlantic, including The Williamsburg Inn, The Dining Room at Ford’s Colony, The Ryland Inn, and Four Seasons Hotel.
