MountainTop Masterworks I: BERNSTEIN & BEETHOVEN

This opening weekend features the Wintergreen Festival Orchestra under the direction of Maestro Victor Yampolsky, with pianist Peter Marshall of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and Chorus. Hear Leonard Bernstein's powerful ballet Facsimile and Beethoven's epic Third Symphony, "Eroica".

Mei-Ann Chen conducts the Wintergreen Festival Orchestra in Copland's Appalachian Spring - our most requested piece! Additionally, we'll present Daron Hagen's beautiful and internationally popular Genji, a concerto for Japanese Koto and Orchestra.

MountainTop Masterworks III: MOZART & MORE

Internationally-renowned violinist Rachel Barton Pine will perform two concertos (by Mozart and his épée-wielding contemporary Chevalier de Saint-George) with the Wintergreen Festival Orchestra, Daniel Hege, conducting. Also featured is Haydn's charming, exciting, and humorous Symphony No. 90.
