A word about credit cards . . . WPA will once again accept major credit cards for the WSMF.  Since the use of credit cards costs us a considerable amount of money, we would greatly appreciate payments using personal checks or cash.  Thank you.

In order to pay by check or cash, you have several options:

1) Between now and June 29, you can phone the WPA Office at (434) 325-8292.

2) Beginning June 30, you can visit the WPA Box Office in the Mountain Inn at Wintergreen Resort.

3) Cash and checks will be accepted at all venue ticket booths, including the Ticket Booth at the Evans Center.

From May through June 29, patrons can purchase tickets online at www.wintergreenperformingarts.org or by phoning (434) 325-8292. Tickets will not be mailed; they will be held until the Festival Box Office opens in Wintergreen Resort’s Mountain Inn. Beginning on June 30, patrons may pick up tickets in the Mountain Inn or obtain them at Will Call prior to the ticketed event. For some events, lists are maintained. All ticket sales are final. Lost tickets will not be replaced. No refunds will be given.

Monday-Thursday from 10:00 am-5:00 pm

Friday from 10:00 am-6:00 pm

Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am-2:00 pm

 

Seating for all events is on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the extensive use of Festival Season Passes and FlexPack tickets, we cannot guarantee that there will be sufficient seating for our most popular events in the Evans Center . . . so please arrive early. Any performance or event that is marked with the symbol ®, NF® or WAS® requires a reservation in order to guarantee a seat . . . even for holders of Festival Season Passes. Events that are sold out will be indicated on the WPA website during the course of the Festival.
