GENERAL TICKETING INFORMATION

THIS PAGE PERTAINS TO TICKETING FOR THE WINTERGREEN SUMMER MUSIC FESTIVAL. THE 2010 FESTIVAL BEGINS ON JULY 5, 2010, AND IT ENDS ON AUGUST 1, 2010.

Online Ticketing
Internet orders require the use of a credit card (Visa or MasterCard preferred). Tickets may be ordered via a secure Internet connection using our online ticketing. All tickets purchased via our online ticketing will be available at Will Call prior to the ticketed event. There is no need to make a special trip to the Mountain Inn (July 3-August 1) unless you want to have the tickets in your possession. For some events, a reservation list is maintained. Click on The 2010 Wintergreen Summer Music Festival: Vienna (also on the right side of each page) for links to all of the individual events. Because of the number of Festival events, online ticketing appears on each page, and a "shopping cart" allows for easy check-out. Festival Season Passes and FlexPacks can be purchased using the buttons at the bottom of this page.

Ticket Booth Sales
Wintergreen Summer Music Festival tickets are available at WPA Ticket Booths prior to events, and may be purchased with cash, check, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard preferred). Advance purchase of tickets is recommended to ensure their availability. Tickets may be purchased in advance via phone or our online ticketing.

Mountain Inn Lobby Box Office
For your convenience, WSMF tickets are also available in the Lobby of the Mountain Inn (Wintergreen Resort) during the Festival (July 3-August 1). You may use cash, check or credit card in order to purchase tickets. The office will be staffed as follows:

Mondays through Thursdays from 10:00 am-5:00 pm
Fridays from 10:00 am-6:00 pm
Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 am-2:00 pm

Picking Up Your Tickets
Unless special arrangements are made, tickets will be held in your name and may be picked up at the event. For some events, a reservation list is maintained.

2010 WSMF Festival Season Pass - Die Wien-Karte/The Vienna Card
$375 - The Bargain of the Summer!

The Festival Season Pass may be used for all 2010 Wintergreen Summer Music Festival performances and events, including the Morning Seminars, the Saturday Seminars and the Opening Night Reception and Performance on July 7. It does not include Lunch with the Ambassador, wine and beer tastings, cooking classes, Vienna Gourmet: A Dinner prepared by Chef Marco Krainer, Cafe Zeisl, the Dinners at Monticello or the 5K walk/run event on Sunday, July 25. The Festival Season Pass is non-transferable. Those who intend to take full advantage of the Summer Music Festival will want to purchase a Festival Season Pass as it represents a savings of well over $500! Beginning July 3, patrons may pick up Festival Season Passes at the Festival Box Office in the Mountain Inn or obtain them at Will Call prior to an event at the Evans Center. 2010 WSMF FlexPack (Six Very Flexible Tickets)
$180

Each FlexPack contains six (6) tickets that may be used for any concert or event during the 2010 Wintergreen Summer Music Festival except for the Opening Night Reception and Performance on July 7, cooking classes and Vienna Gourmet: A Dinner prepared by Chef Marco Krainer. TWNF events are also not included. Use one ticket for six concerts, all six at a single concert, or any other combination you choose. Beginning July 3, patrons may pick up FlexPacks at the Festival Box Office in the Mountain Inn or obtain them at Will Call prior to an event at the Evans Center. The 3-Day (Any three consecutive days!)
$100

Designed for brief visits to the Festival, the 3-Day is valid for any three consecutive days. The pass is non-transferable, and it must be used by the person whose name appears on the pass. The dates will be entered the first time the pass is used. It does not include the Opening Night Reception and Performance on July 7, Lunch with the Ambassador, wine and beer tastings, cooking classes, Vienna Gourmet: A Dinner prepared by Chef Marco Krainer, Cafe Zeisl or the 5K Run/Walk event.
