Susan B. Viemeister, local landscape designer, horticulturalist and plant lover will offer a guided walk along the Rockfish Valley trail system. We will talk a bit about the native plants used along the river's edge during the renovation as well as other plants throughout the trail. While we walk and talk we can also discuss different plant habitats and how to translate that into our own gardens. This will be an easy hike, on flat terrain, with terrific local and distant views. And just around the corner, plenty of libations to be enjoyed.
