Cori Lint, Festival Coordinator at the 2017 Wintergreen Summer Music Festival and Academy, is a cellist, arranger, and artistic administrator from Cleveland, Ohio. In 2015, she found a new home in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida, where she became Artistic Operations Coordinator for The Florida Orchestra, exploring the reach of community engagement across the state. Cori also joins the Dallas-based Lev Aronson Legacy Festival as Operations Manager each June and continues as cellist and arranger for string quartet Thalia Strings.
Cori studied classical cello and piano in the Cleveland area from age six and earned her Bachelor of Music in Cello Performance with Professor Anthony Elliott at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. There, Cori and friends founded Thalia Strings, a string quartet who performed on cruise ships throughout the world during 2013 and 2014. Cori and her quartet played hundreds of shows together, developing an extensive repertoire and dozens of custom string quartet arrangements. Upon her return to land, Cori launched her career in administration at The Cleveland Orchestra, with positions in Operations and Development.
In addition to her work in the professional music world, Cori enjoys bringing together local musicians for backyard jams, slacklining and dolphin watching along the Tampa Bay, and biking to Treasure Island Beach.
